No Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. All Sales Are Final
   
   • Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.
2. Customized Products
   
   • Our QR standees are custom-designed based on individual client requirements. Due to the personalized nature of these products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
   
   • If your QR standee arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting proof (photos/videos). Our team will assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement.
4. Digital Services
   
   • Payments made for website development, digital marketing, or any other digital services are non-refundable since they involve customized work, dedicated resources, and strategic planning.
5. Modification Requests
   
   • Any requests for modifications after the production or delivery of the QR standee may be subject to additional charges.
6. Exceptions
   
   • In rare cases, where an exception is made at our discretion, any approved refunds will be processed within [X] business days via the original payment method.
